Moment To Moment

Life can change in a split second. The things you thought you could count on forever can sometimes disapear in an instant.

Maybe it should be important to live in the moment. Not to keep looking over your shoulder at the regrets of the past or dwell to deeply on the day dreams of the future. But just enjoy what time you have as it happens.

Because one day it may just be gone.

I wish you had at least said goodbye.

Live in the now, the present, it is alllllllllll you have. Reality is much deeper of course, the buddists know what they are talking about. It is EZ to defuse yer energy by living in the past.

I think dreams of the future are what creates the future so a little concentration here is a good thing. Moderation in all things.

One thing you do not see from yer perspective of youth (and gets somewhat hard as one starts to get old) is that change is what life is made of and that usually one has little to no control. Sooooo..

Do yer prayer work, live in the present, develop a thankful heart for every experience....and as #1 son sez...

It's all good.
